Every piece that leaves our workshop is made by hand, with attention to detail and to what matters most — serving you for years at every roast. We work with proven materials, in standard sizes or exactly to your wishes: dimension, thickness, shape. If it's not in our range, we'll make it.

Knife Sharpening
We sharpen kitchen, butcher and hunting knives — by machine and by hand, at the correct blade angle. Learn more →

For restaurants, butcher shops and clubs we also produce larger series, with terms and pricing by agreement.
