We sharpen all kinds of knives — kitchen, butcher and hunting — by machine and by hand, with care for every blade. Your knife comes back with the correct edge angle and an even blade, ready to work like day one.
The service is especially handy around butchering and roasting season: bring your knives to the workshop and we'll sharpen them while you run errands, or arrange a pickup. For butcher shops, restaurants and hunting clubs we also sharpen larger quantities by arrangement.
