2. Orders & prices

How you order

No direct online purchasing takes place through this website — it serves to present our range, while orders are arranged by phone, e-mail or the contact form. Price, production time and delivery or pickup are agreed directly with the customer before the order is confirmed. For made-to-measure products the final price depends on dimensions, material and quantity.

3. Personal data protection

Your data (GDPR)

Personal data you provide via the contact form, e-mail or phone (name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address) is used exclusively to answer inquiries, prepare quotes and fulfil orders. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except where necessary for delivery (e.g. a courier service) or where required by law.

We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data — simply send a request to info@carapinametal.hr. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb, azop.hr.

5. Complaints

Complaints & objections

We strive to have every product leave the workshop flawless. If a product nevertheless has a defect or does not match what was agreed, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and at the latest within the statutory deadlines, at info@carapinametal.hr ili +385 98 910 2217, with a description of the defect and, if possible, a photo.

In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, you may submit a written complaint to the address above, by e-mail or in person at the workshop, and we will respond within the statutory period of 15 days. For justified complaints we repair or replace the product or refund the payment, as agreed. Made-to-measure products manufactured to the customer's specification cannot be returned without a justified reason (defect, deviation from the agreed specification).
